تجزیه‌وتحلیل تطبیقی امنیت از دیدگاه نئورئالیسم و نهادگرایی نئولیبرال

این پژوهش به تجزیه‌وتحلیل مفهوم امنیت در مکاتب نئورئالیسم و نهادگرایی نئولیبرال (نو لیبرالیسم). می‌پردازد. به جهت جایگاه امنیت در زندگی انسان‌ها مکاتب و تئوری روابط بین‌الملل با ابزارها و رویکردهای مختلف در تلاش برای دست‌یابی به آن بودند. امنیت اساسی‌ترین وظیفه یک دولت و مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌ای تلقی می‌شود که تاکنون مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل دانشوران و پژوهشگران روابط بین‌الملل قرارگرفته است. همچنین امنیت مقوله‌ای است متعارض، پیچیده و متکی به نظریه‌ها و رویکردهایی است که اندیشه‌ورزان و ناظران از آن‌ها استفاده می‌نمایند. در این پژوهش در پی تجزیه‌وتحلیل مفهوم امنیت در تئوری‌های نئورئالیسم و نهادگرایی نو لیبرال هست. نظریه‌های نوواقع‌گرایی و نو لیبرالیسم از مهم‌ترین دیدگاه‌ها و نظریات در مطالعات امنیتی محسوب می‌شوند که با بررسی مفهوم امنیت ارائه مباحث و پیش‌فرض‌ها افق‌های نوینی را به وجود آورده‌اند.

Abstract

This research analyzes the concept of security in the schools of neorealism and neoliberal institutionalism. Regarding the place of security in people's lives, schools and theories of international relations were trying to achieve it with different tools and approaches. Security is considered the most basic task of a government and the most important component that has been analyzed by scholars and researchers of international relations. Security is a conflicting, complex category and relies on the theories and approaches used by thinkers and observers. In this research, it seeks to analyze the concept of security in the theories of neo-realism and neo-liberal institutionalism. The theories of neo-realism and neo-liberalism are among the most important views and theories in Security studies are considered to have created new horizons by examining the concept of security, presenting topics and assumptions.
