چکیده
دولت ترامپ که با شعار اول آمریکا و توجه ویژه به اقتصاد بر سر کار آمد سیاست‌های امنیتی خود در خاورمیانه را در راستای ناسیونالیسم اقتصادی پیش برد تا بدین گونه رویکرد یک‌جانبه‌گرایی در الگوی رفتاری آمریکا با تصمیمات ترکیبی از نظامی‌گری با ناسیونالیسم اقتصادی و مبتنی بر منفعت‌جویی همراه گردد. سؤال مقاله حاضر که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با اسناد کتابخانه ای گردآوری شده این است که سیاست ها و اقدامات امنیتی دولت ترامپ در خاورمیانه در راستای ناسیونالیسم اقتصادی آمریکا چه بوده است؟ برای این منظور در چارچوب نظری مرکانتلیسم جهت تبیین و تحلیل این موضوع پرداخته و فرضیه این است که دولت ترامپ در حفظ هژمونی جهانی و نظم مدنظر آمریکا و برقراری توسعه و امنیت اقتصادی با فاصله گرفتن از مسئله جهان‌گرایی به سمت ناسیونالیسم و حمایت گرایی اقتصادی چنان پیش رفت که با پیوند مؤلفه‌های امنیتی و اقتصادی بتواند ائتلاف و اتحاد بدون هزینه، صلح از طریق زورآزمایی، ایجاد بحران و تنش‌زایی، تحمیل طرح صلح و حمایت از حکومت عربستان را در جهت تقویت جنگ برای تجارت آمریکا، گشودن بازار جنگ‌افزارهای آمریکایی، تقویت روابط با عربستان در خاورمیانه را موردتوجه قرار دهد. این اقدام برای افزایش ثروت در جهت احیای هژمونی اقتصادی آمریکا در سطح جهانی و رشد و توسعه صنعتی داخلی گام است.

ABSTRACT
The Trump administration, which came to power with the first slogan of the United States and special attention to the economy, pursued its security policies in the Middle East in the direction of economic nationalism. To be. The question of the present article, which has been collected in a descriptive-analytical manner and with library documents, is what were the security policies and actions of the Trump administration in the Middle East in line with American economic nationalism? To this end, in the theoretical framework of mercantilism to explain and analyze this issue and the hypothesis is that the Trump administration in maintaining global hegemony and American order and establish economic development and security by moving away from globalism to nationalism and economic protectionism. By combining security and economic components, it can build free alliances and alliances, bring peace through coercion, create crises and tensions, impose a peace plan, and support the Saudi government to strengthen the war on American trade, open up the American software war market, and strengthen ties with Consider Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. The move is a step towards increasing wealth in order to restore US economic hegemony globally and the growth and development of domestic industry.
