چکیده
از سال 2001 و با روي کار آمدن حزب عدالت و توسعه زمینه براي انجام اصلاحات اساسی آغاز شد. استراتژی اصلی ترکیه در اقتصاد کلان برای دستیابی رشد اقتصادی بالا با جلب حمایت مردمی، شفافیت در سیاست‌گذاری و اجرا، ثبات اقتصادی و سیاسی و حمایت قوی دولت از بخش خصوصی توانسته تا حد قابل‌توجهی در این مسیر توفیق کسب کند. علاوه بر خصوصی‌سازی، با سیاست‌گذاری اقتصادی در جذب سرمایه خارجی نیز اهتمام ویژه‌ای داشته است. بااین‌حال به نظر می‌رسد بحران‌های متعددی بر ناکارآمدی اصلاحات یا دستیابی ترکیه به آرمان عضویت در اتحادیه مؤثر بوده‌اند. مقاله پیش رو به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که علی‌رغم اصلاحات اقتصاد ترکیه با چه بحران‌هایی برای شکوفایی اقتصادی خود روبرو بوده است؟ یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر وجود بحران‌های سه‌گانه داخلی (فساد و دیکتاتوری، رابطه دولت و ارتش، سرمایه‌گذاری غیرموجه اقتصادی)، منطقه‌ای (چون بحران سوریه) و بین‌المللی (فشارهای اتحادیه اروپا و آمریکا) بر اقتصاد ترکیه و پیوستن آن به اتحادیه اروپا دارد.

Inefficiency of Turkish reforms for membership

Abstract
From 2001, with the establishment of the Justice and Development Party, the groundwork was laid for fundamental reform. Turkey's main macroeconomic strategy for achieving high economic growth has been to achieve considerable success by gaining popular support, transparency in policy-making and implementation, economic and political stability, and strong government support for the private sector. In addition to privatization, it has also paid special attention to attracting foreign capital through economic policy-making. However, several crises seem to have contributed to the inefficiency of the reforms or Turkey's achievement of the union aspirations. The following article seeks to answer the question of what crises it has faced for its economic prosperity despite the reforms in the Turkish economy. Findings indicate the existence of three internal crises (corruption and dictatorship, government-army relationship, unjustified economic investment), regional (such as the Syrian crisis international (EU and US pressures) on the Turkish economy and its accession to The European Union has.
