بررسی جایگاه و اهمیت خواهر شهرها و ظرفیت‌های خواهر

از مصادیق دیپلماسی شهری، خواهرخواندگی است که باهدف نزدیک کردن ملت‌ها و آشنا کردن فرهنگ و تمدن کشورها به یکدیگر موردتوجه قرار می‌گیرد. اهمیت خواهرخواندگی برای کشورهایی چون ایران که از تنوع قومی و مذهبی برخوردار است موجب می‌شود که ظرفیت قابل‌توجهی در خصوص خواهرخواندگی داشته باشد. مقاله حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که اهمیت و جایگاه خواهرخواندگی و ظرفیت‌های خواهرخواندگی شهرهای ایران چیست؟ نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پیمان خواهرخواندگی علاوه بر آنکه ظرفیت لازم را برای مشارکت شهرها با یکدیگر و ایفای نقش در سیاست بین‌الملل را فراهم می‌کند، باعث توسعه پایدار شهرها در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، فرهنگی و سیاسی و می‌شود و کشور ایران به سبب همسایگی با پانزده کشور و همچنین غنای تاریخی و فرهنگی خود ظرفیت خواهرخواندگی را با زمینه‌های تاریخی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، علمی، فناوری، ادبی و هنری دارد.

Investigating the status and importance of sister cities And urban twin capacities of Iran

Abstract

One of the examples of urban diplomacy is sisterhood, which is considered in order to bring nations closer and introduce the culture and civilization of countries to each other. The importance of sisterhood for countries such as Iran, which is ethnically and religiously diverse, has a significant potential for sisterhood. The present article seeks to answer the question with a descriptive-analytical method: what is the importance and position of sisterhood and sisterhood capacities of Iranian cities? The results show that the twinning agreement, in addition to providing the necessary capacity for cities to participate with each other and play a role in international politics, will lead to sustainable development of cities in various economic, cultural and political dimensions and Iran due to its neighborhood with fifteen The country, as well as its historical and cultural richness, has the capacity of sisterhood with historical, cultural, social, scientific, technological, literary and artistic fields.
